Downtown KC Property Management Team manages over 60 properties. This is a start to finish management. Value added Processes that support the board and Homeowners. We provide the board with a budget variance report every month showing short falls in income if they occur, as well as expenses.

A Reserve Study will be presented along with a proposed five year budget as well as proposed capital expenditures to the Board of Directors.

Maintenance service for the residents by using our fulltime maintenance staff thereby reducing our budget. A website will be up shortly that will offer the ability for residents to pay dues and expenses by credit card as well as place work orders and process rental applications.
