Paul Wickham
Paul L Wickham holds a Bachelor of Science Business Degree from Wayne State College, Post Graduate work in Business and Computer technology from the University of South Dakota, Project Management Courses from Washington University St Louis, MO. Paul has enjoyed a successful and diverse career; the first ten years of his career he was self-employed where he purchased and managed multi-family units built homes and owned a drayage company in Baltimore MD. During the next 22 years he worked for fortune five hundred companies and 6 years for Perishable Transportation Companies where he held such positions as Director of Distribution, Vice President, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Executive Vice President. He was responsible for financial performance of budgets up to $160 million. These positions included managing the transportation and distribution of raw materials and finished goods. The responsibility of these positions encompassed the management, leasing, purchase or construction of offices and distribution facilities.
Paul is a licensed Real Estate Professional.
Nichole Brabble
Nichole Brabble, a high school honor roll student who went on to receive a Bachelors of Science degree from Park University for Marketing with emphasis on Accounting. She also studied at Pinnacle Career Institute where she became certified in Health and Wellness with an emphasis of Business Management. Before college and while attending college, Nichole (Nikki) gained an understanding of customer service working in various Customer Service positions. Nikki has exceptional communication skills allowing her to understand others as well as communicate discipline, rules and regulations. This trait has been honed through years of travel as she grew up in a career military family and has lived in several cities in several countries. Before coming to Downtown KC Realty she was the Manager of a Health Club for over two and half years. In these positions, she was completely responsible for marketing, sales, developing the business plan, profit and loss and building a team to increase memberships. As the administrative Assistant, Nikki is responsible to manage the office and all accounting functions.
Jordan Tittlel
Jordan Tittlel completed high school in Western Kansas going on to study and receive a Bachelors of Science degree In Business Administration with emphasis in Business Development and Marketing from Kansas State in Manhattan Kansas. After graduation, Jordan started right into the Property Management Field moving to Florida where she worked in time share property sales and Marketing for over two years. Moving back home to be close to family, she went to work at a nearby apartment complex where her career grew with experience for over four and half years. She started as a sales leasing agent and in two years became the Property Manager, accountable for all operational aspects of the property such as maintenance, sales and occupancy level. Her level of understanding the computer system, processes and procedures was such that the she was the company�s trainer of peers and subordinates. Jordan joined Downtown KC Realty to lead our leasing and sales department.
Dave Salyers
Dave Salyers attended high school in Taylor County Kentucky where he joined the military and served during Desert Storm. Dave has been a lifelong student of Martial Arts as well as a martial arts instructor here in Kansas City. He is an active member of the MMA organization in Missouri and he referees MMA fights occasionally. Dave is a person of many talents who has worked in two fields for the last 16 years. Dave is very well known in the security business where he has spent 18 years as an officer, supervisor night club consultant, as well as a private investigator and body guard. He teaches defensive tactics to law enforcement. On top of this impressive law enforcement career Dave has worked in property maintenance for 16 years. He was the maintenance manager for a large Hotel in the Kansas City Area for four of those years. He was the maintenance manager for the United Methodist church for three years and then various apartment complexes. He has also been partnered in a flooring business for 16 years and installed carpet and tile. Dave joined Downtown KC Realty as our Maintenance/Security Manager.
Nick Koontz
Jon "Nick" Koontz Downtown KC Realty's Broker-Associate holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of Kansas City Missouri. Nick is one of the most knowledgeable Kansas City Urban realtors due to the fact he is born, raised, formally educated in Kansas City where he has worked in real estate sales for the last 5 years. Nick started his real estate career selling Condominiums for Wall Street Towers after two years he took on an challenging role and became the Broker/Office Manager for the Manhattan KC LLC where he ran the sales office. Due to his focused sales approach and the quality of the product The Manhattan KC Condominiums sold out completely. Nick has accepted a position as Broker-Associate of Downtown KC Realty LLC a full service real estate company focused on the challenge to continue developing Downtown Kansas City into the most desirable urban living experience in the country.
